At Frido Mobility, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and include the original tags and packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup through our logistics partner.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
